This location consistently gets my drinks wrong. Out of the last 5 orders, about 4 were incorrect or incomplete. I’ve received drinks with sugar even when I specifically ordered 0 sugar, paid for 2 toppings but only received 1, and the Oreo slush often has a noticeable coffee taste. The drink preparation and quality control really need improvement. Better staff training and more attention to order accuracy would make a big difference.

I previously purchased a protein shake (which was really good) from here and was looking for a quick small lunch option today. The worker was friendly and helpful in answering some questions and recommended the Jungle Bowl which tasted great. I would actually consider it as a dessert too if I wanted something heathier. In checking the menu more closely after, I’ll consider ordering their juice and oatmeal options next time I pass by.

I absolutely love Joe & The Juice on Broadway and 21st Street! The atmosphere is so stylish, cozy, and welcoming. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy good music, and have a fresh meal. The steak sandwich is simply amazing — tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Every bite is satisfying! You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. This was such a welcoming place! While rather small, its menus were large, legible, and full of great options. Employees were friendly as well. There's a small section next to the register to buy some jewelry which was nice to look at while you wait for your order. I got the Vitamin C juice and it was fresh and delicious. Perfect for such a hot day. I will be recommending to friends.

Update: I'm not sure what happened but in the last month, the burger quality went down. The bread is hard and the burger is always cooked well down. It's a bummer. The sweet potato fries and onion rings are still delicious though! Underrated burgers and fries in the neighborhood! My go to is a classic burger and sweet potato fries. This place has delicious, fresh food and are generous with their condiments. I especially love their kids meal options that are about $10!

How ever when ordering delivery they don’t put the side that you request. And when you call they don’t answer. So I notice 3 days in a row I haven’t received my sides included.

one of my favorite places to grab a coffee and bagel before work!! staff is always super kind! it's tough to find a good matcha shop too and this place does not play around. such good quality, they whisked it in front of me and everything. the matcha was a deep forest green. none of that shamrock shake color thank god. i also recommend the peanut punch smoothie, acai bowls and their bagels are good too!!

I ordered my bowl and specifically told the lady I have a BANANA allergy. When she was wrapping up the bowl in front of me I didn't see any banana but when I got home to give my son who shares my allergy the bowl I found bananas under the strawberry. I couldnt give it to my son and end up throwing the whole thing away which is sad considering it was a $20 bowl.!

The shop is owned by elderly couple. They are nice and polite. The space is clean and ordering was hassle free. Freshly pressed juices and smoothies are available. The price is reasonable enough. You can get or ask for the stamp card and for collecting 10 stamps for the same size, the 11th one will be free.

This morning was my second time going to Lucy’s for breakfast & i definitely will say I’m very happy and will be returning.
