great pizza spot with a nice selection of pies. the dough has great flavor and overall it was built really well. the staff is also really nice- gotta love anyone with good taste in soccer. anytime i am at the music venue nearby i will be sure to return.

I love Chinese food, I buy lunch here almost daily. The service is always fast and efficient, which is perfect for a quick lunch break. I like people working in this place, they're very kind and always make me feel welcome. It's a great experience all around.

I don’t know why the other reviews are really bad. As for my experience this Chipotle is great! Strategic location, clean bathroom, customer service respectful, but most importantly food is fresh and really good. You just need to like a bit spicy because the chicken is a little spicy I don’t know how spicy are the other meats. Overall, I think Chipotle is one of the best things that happened to NYC 😅🤗🤗

Sweet Expressions is a decent spot if you’re in the mood for some ice cream. The ice cream itself is tasty, and the store is clean and well kept, which I appreciated. This place never disappoints. I’ve tried many other juice spots and it’s never lived up to Juicy mama. The girl that was there Wednesday evening( 4/22/26, I don’t know her name) every time I go in there she’s so sweet, so kind and she makes the BEST juices… Shout out to her!

Great delivery Chinese food, nothing fancy but exactly what we were looking for. We got Mu Shu Pork, Scallion pancake, and mixed Lo Mein. All were hot and fresh upon arrival and texture and flavors were what we were craving! Thank you Happy Wok!

Bourbon chicken was decent, if a little heavy, but the vermicelli noodle dish I ordered is basically flavorless. The vegetables do not seem to be seasoned at all. Portion is very generous though. Listen. I don’t even like going to bars. I would much rather stay home. But the C list is not just a bar; the C list is a place in my neighborhood where I feel happy and safe. The drinks are incredible. Go see a show in Manhattan and get a $25 espresso martini. Come back to the C list and get a better one for $12 (make sure you tip the difference!). Been eating here for almost 2 Decades. One of THE BEST Chinese Food spots in NYC and that's saying something. A Crown Heights staple. True Masters of flavor. I visited this restaurant and was disappointed by the very long wait before anyone greeted us, even though only a few customers were ahead. The staff seemed distracted and uninterested, often chatting on the phone instead of assisting customers. Stopped by this pizza spot recently and was really happy with the experience. The pizza tasted amazing with fresh ingredients and a perfectly baked crust. Every slice was flavorful and filling. This has to be the most saddest Vietnamese cafe/restaurant ever. It’s terrible. The food is so dry, everything is dry. I ended up getting the Grilled pork with rice. And it was literally just cut up ham… Where is the sauce?? It was 85% rice 5% sides and 10% meat. They barely give u meat. You’re better off going somewhere else for authentic Vietnamese food. This was a disappointment.

This place must have a new chef who does not know how to cook. Today is 06/29/2024. I bought a plate of Jerk Chicken and cabbage yesterday, it was tasteless. Today I returned and complained about the poor quality of food. I placed another order of Chicken and cabbage, the chef herself serves me some types of chicken without the jerk seasoning. We were looking for a quick bite place with warm dishes. Happened to see this restaurant with couple tables for sit down and eat. We ordered Jerk and Curried chicken specials for only $6 each. Food is plenty and tasty. Service is quick and nice. Table and room are clean. Chicken cooked very tender and flavorful. We enjoyed the quick bite food quality and the good value.

Clean restaurant. Food was good, not great. But definitely fresh which os appreciated in this neighborhood. Quesadilla was much smaller than expected. I will return to try other menu items.

Missed my stop on the train going home and it was so worth it! Lol Been wanting to try this place and it was only a few blocks away so took the walk. Tried the calaloo, fish and jerk plantain patties. So delicious and the crust was amazing!!! So flaky and so tasty. Definitely worth the stop.

I am so glad find this Down to earth restaurant opening at the neighborhood. They have fresh family meals made every day. Food is delicious. So many options like oxtail, fish, chicken and veggies. I ordered a soup and pine tart. The soup was totally off. The dumplings in the soup were not done and the cow heel was full of hairs. The pine tart seemed like it had been sitting there for a while but had okay flavor. I was very disappointed.

The food was good and they were very friendly. The protein that I ordered was basically empty and the fist guy gave me the scraps of what was left instead of refilling it even when the coworker offered to bring him a fresh bin from the to-go area. He didn't add any more even after they brought him a fresh bin. I had to order double protein just to get the normal portion. Thankfully the guy who took over making my order kinda hooked me up on that second scoop.

Having frequented the bar that occupied the space prior, I can’t describe how great of an upgrade Whoopsie Daisy is. Quality drinks that are reasonably priced with a hospitable and knowledgeable staff. They host various popups giving young chefs a place to try out their own food. Glad to see them in the neighborhood and keep it up!

Got shrimp fried rice and a fresh salad. The fried rice was sooooo oily, that we just dumped it. But the salad was on another level. The veggies were spoiling (look at the photos). I returned it the next day for my money. Wish I didn't dump the fried rice out of the bowl, otherwise I would've returned that too. Yuck so disgusting, never again.

A great addition to Nostrand! Have been a few times and the staff were super friendly each visit. Food certainly didn’t disappoint either. So far the favorite is the chicken milanesa torta but they have a big menu with lots of options. It’s not fancy but hits the spot and is clean and quality.

Best black sesame latte I’ve had (and I’ve had a lot). Lady that runs the store is so sweet and customizes drinks based on preference. So much love here, I’ll be back!
