This bar is completely atypical — you really have to know it exists to find it. It’s hidden behind a laundromat, and once you reach the back, there’s a door made of washing machine doors that leads you straight into the bar. The concept alone is already an experience. Inside, the vibe is vintage, fun, and very New York. There are arcade games, board games, and card games, which makes the atmosphere playful and relaxed. We grabbed a few beers and had such a great time. The staff was super frien

I absolutely loved my experience at Lili and Cata — it’s one of those rare places in New York where beauty, wellness, and atmosphere truly come together in a thoughtful way. What makes them stand out immediately is their commitment to non-toxic nail care. If you’re someone who cares about clean beauty, healthier products, and avoiding harsh chemical smells (which can be so common in NYC nail salons), this place feels like a breath of fresh air literally. I went in for a gel manicure, and the e

AMAZINGGGGGGGGGG. THE KAMPACHI AND SNOW CRAB AND SALMON SOOO GOOD!!! thank you so much. They put the nori is wrapped on each roll so it doesn’t get soft. It’s crunchy. It’s so much better than kazu nori. So so so good. I’m writing this standing outside the restaurant after just eating. Soooo good.

Updated Review!! Diamond Slice has received plenty of buzz since opening in Greenpoint, and the space earns it. Situated right at the intersection of Diamond Street, the dining room takes on an almost pentagon-like shape once you’re inside, a unique layout that matches the energy of the corner it sits on. The décor is cool, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere delivers. But we come for the pizza. On my first visit, I ordered the classic slice as a baseline. The tomato sauce was excellent

Beer hall serving craft brews in a 6,000-sq.-ft. industrial setting with communal tables.
I’ve been stopping by this biergarten for about half a decade and it continues to be one of my favorite spots. It’s very kid-friendly with plenty of space, which makes it perfect for families and larger groups. The food is consistently good and they have a great selection of beers to choose from. The relaxed atmosphere and big seating areas make it an easy place to hang out for a while. Always a solid choice when meeting friends or bringing the family along.

Contemporary Vietnamese cuisine served in a hip, minimalist space with lots of greenery.
Came here on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and was surprised by how busy it was. The place felt more like an American–Vietnamese fusion spot than a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. The beef pho was refreshing and light, though a bit too peppery and scallion-heavy for my taste. The noodles also weren’t the typical pho noodles I expected. The rice cake omelette was quite good—the rice cake had a super chewy texture and the sauce complemented it really well. The sizzling turmeric fish platter wa

Just tried this place and its delicious. Ordered an Ube latte and original pudim. My friend ordered their joelho and it was sooooo good. Had scallions in it for an asian twist and fit perfectly with the taste. Their coffee was also flavorful.

This cozy bar offers flat screen TVs for sports fans, plus classic & creative American menu options.
This review is for the wings, not the beer. Best thing about them was that there was so much food! The fries were great and the wings were perfectly cooked. Might have to go for the wet sauce next time! The garlic Parmesan and dry rub were alright. Not too oily but not super flavorful. The beer wall is really cool!

Love this place! The food is great and the staff are super friendly. If you’re coming here, don’t overthink it—just get the mixed grill. It’s easily the best way to sample the different meats they offer. Definitely worth a visit!

Health-conscious, Japanese-influenced fare served in an industrial-chic destination with a terrace.
Cute little spot with some tasty food and drinks! There’s some merchandise up front with items like pottery, candles, incense, bowls, spoons, and the like. The baked goods at the front counter look delicious, yet to try. When ordering hot food be prepared to wait a bit, especially if they’re busy, as the food comes out fresh and hot! I had my first espresso tonic at Acre and it was great! I was in the mood for a cold drink and made the switch from cold brew to espresso tonic based on barista’s
