Very bad experience on the 3rd floor. The security guard on the third floor was extremely rude and unprofessional. As paying guests, we only stepped outside the room for a moment because it was very hot inside. Instead of explaining anything, the guard spoke to us in a commanding tone and said “go in or get out.” When I asked politely for a reason, he even pointed his finger at me and ordered me to “listen.” This is unacceptable behavior from any KTV staff member. Guests deserve basic respect. W

Edit: I reached out to the email and they didn't respond, this appears to be a generic auto reply to negative reviews. They offer a "nitro" cold brew that is served with ice and is indistinguishable from a regular iced coffee. I saw these drinks being made and there's no foam at all. Hugely disappointing and does not merit the price. Banana bread was ok and the cafe aesthetics are nice.

I just came from this place at Kings Plaza mall. I like the fact that they are always fresh but today I bought two cups of sugar pretzels and a almond. As someone who has tried several different African restaurants, I can categorically say this is the best food I’ve tried! So many options that come in great portions. Lovely staff as well. Just ordered the grilled chicken and it was raw (extremely undercooked), could see blood on the chicken and it was chewy🤢🤮. Taking back my positive review, but recently I ordered from them through doordash and I kid you not the food wasnt cooked properly and shrimp and fish were definitely rotted. This is the third double bacon cheeseburger I’ve gotten from here — and I finally managed to take a picture before devouring it! Yes, it’s really that good. If you’re craving a solid, flavorful burger, look no further. The meat is seasoned perfectly, the burger is put together well, and it’s super filling. You won’t be disappointed — just make sure you come hungry because it’s a great size and absolutely worth the money. A surprisingly amazing burger from a hidden pizzeria… who would’ve thought?

I love this restaurant. The food is delicious, meat is tender and flavorful. The employees are kind. They’re very affordable and you get A LOT of food. Definitely would recommend the beef stew and flan, although I’ve heard the quesadillas and tacos are amazing as well.

Usually everything is fine, but over the past 2 months the pan de yuca has been BAD: not fluffy inside but just air - all the dough is flat and gummy on one side, and the other side a hard overbaked crust. Issues with dough consistency and/or baking technique - I hope the owner will address.

My new favorite place. At the pizzeria near my house, a slice of pizza cost 4$. At this place, I can get two slices + one soda for only 4$, the pizza is really good and they served me in less than 5 minutes. Recommended!!

Not sure why others were complaining but my experience was wonderful. The service was great the ladies were all very sweet and attentive. Food was delicious and their natural juices were the best natural juices I've tasted. Food also looked and tasted very fresh.

The açaí bowl was really good with fresh fruits. I guess the açaí was more liquid than I thought it would be more like a smoothie texture. In that case I wish I had more of it. We ordered bistec tacos, shrimp tacos (American style), carnitas tacos, a single sopes, and 2 juices. Each order of tacos was 3 of them. We spent $68. Not bad, honestly. The food was delicious, and the service was great. We ate in the restaurant, and we asked for more to take home.
