During my visit, the female front desk staff was noticeably less helpful and welcoming toward me compared to male members I observed being assisted. I had to repeat my request multiple times just to be directed to a membership form. The staff also made me feel judged. The gym is fine, definitely very busy but poor customer service experience overall.

After reading about the spa online I called the 9th of nov to book for 11/21. Organized by a wonderful coordinator named Chris. Chris was patient and understanding. By the time I arrived I was welcomed by the staff and they took care of 5 of us total. The ambiance was great , the reserved section and prechilled 🍾 🥂, dinner and treatment experience was top tier (shout out to Latavia) she did her thing with my facial and massage. Will be returning for a couples situation.

Perfect spot to have a drink and read your book. Went in a solo date, and it was perfect for it. They have a lot of food books you can buy, or you can bring your own book. It is a fully operated bar. I had 1 old fashion and 3 apperol spritz and pais $48. The ambient was good, calm for reading and talking. There was a couple of people that were not reading but hanging out, but still it did not interrupt your own reading session.

I came to this Boqueria location for a memorial dinner in honor of my mother. The staff didn’t know the dinner was for a special occasion and they were still outstanding. They were so accommodating and stopped by the table often to check on us. The food and atmosphere were amazing, as they are at every Boqueria location. My family were all very impressed and will be back.

My Husband and I had a date night here this past Saturday. This place is fun. I haven’t bowl in a min. I loved the music, the shows playing on the screen, and the games to make the bowling experience fun. The staff were friendly. I was here last weekend with a few of my friends. It was an amazing place if you’re in for quick fun and games. Food is average but you’ll have choices for drinks. Their server Kathy was great in helping with our orders. She also kept our lane clean while we were bowling. Just need to keep restrooms clean it seems they were left from last night.

I was here the first time. I was surprised there's something like this place in the area. They have a well stocked bar with reasonable prices than most bars, if you will find one, nearby. Clean bathrooms. Nothing loud and fancy inside but it is a comfortable gathering and events place.

I had a great experience. There was some confusion regarding our reservation due to a third-party booking app, but it was resolved promptly. The staff was courteous, professional, and very helpful. Traveling with both seniors and children can be challenging, but the staff made our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. I stepped in here because I wanted a coffee but it was a pleasant little surprise. The lunch special is reasonably good. Rice , beans and chicken for $10 in dumbo? That’s a deal. It was seasoned well and tasty. I had some coffee too. Would absolutely come back here again if I’m in the area.

Visited NY and Boston to see Scotland at the world cup. Best meal we had on the whole trip was from here. Sensational if you like seafood.

We got married at Brooklyn Grange @ Sunset Park at the end of September 2025 and it was absolutely perfect. This venue is so special and captures everything we love most about our borough. The magic of getting off the elevator and seeing a garden oasis in the middle of industrial Brooklyn is wild. Everything was stunning, from the plants in bloom to the gorgeous indoor venue. Saw Inzo here and it was absolutely amazing, very easy to navigate the crowd and the stage was amazing. inzo does a lot of light effects and bubbles and it was truly magical. plenty of bathrooms so never had to wait in line and the coat/bag check was 5$ per item and saved us from being too hot. but it never got too hot in the venue either which was really nice since i had dressed warmer bc it was winter!

The Brooklyn winery was great first time there. Meeting up with friends tried the deconstructed toast and the meatballs which was very delightful and the service was also wonderful . I will definitely be back again. Clean and nice restaurant . Great decor

Wonderful community culinary learning center, that gives back to the community. The chef does an excellent job teaching food handling, cooking and presentation to students. I love how they give fresh produce to the community everyweek. Truly one of Brownsville pride and joy. Thank you Danny Goodine and MELS for ensuring this space stays opened to the community needs!
