This bar/grill has a nice vibe. The music is chill and not super loud. The people are nice and incredibly helpful. The food itself is a little underwhelming, particularly by way of seasoning. I had the rueben, and I would have liked a little more dressing and saurkraut on it personally because it felt almost dry. I stumbled upon Blarney Stone while walking towards Wall Street, and frankly, the $5 draft beers during happy hour were what truly drew me in. Once inside, it was everything I imagined a typical American pub to be. The place had a lively atmosphere, partly thanks to a fast-paced lottery drawing machine – I'm not sure of its exact name, but patrons were thoroughly engrossed in it.
