A little patience, kindness, and basic customer service would have gone a long way. It’s especially disappointing when we cannot count on common decency and consideration from members of our own community. After inquiring the allergens at the 5th Ave location, w/o resolve, I called this location to ask about potential allergens in the restaurant, specifically peanuts and walnuts, because my son has a serious allergy. I was a huge fan of this place when they first opened. Sadly most of the negative reviews are accurate. The pizza was not great. Certainly not at the quality of Bravo I remember or in the five towns. The prices are just crazy. Doesn’t even make sense. Two regular slices and a bottle of water $15. I hope either someone buys the place and puts work into it or they improve. It used to be a great spot and it’s sorely needed.
