I live in the Bronx and I rate this location 999 stars and the customer service is excellent. I did not try the food but it looks really good and it smells good. It’s clean in here. It’s not a dirty environment so whoever’s cleaning excellent work. And hopefully tomorrow when I come back, I will definitely be buying a breakfast in here, and the staff is very polite and respectful to me and all of their customers.
I bought a cup of ice for my water and I found a roach floating inside my cup! Same things happen when I bought a cup of coffee three days prior. Health dept needs to see this and shut them down. Completely Unacceptable
I am a regular customer at your Maiden Lane store. For years the I have enjoyed the variety and freshness of food, the neatness of the store and above all, the staff is consistently courteous and professional.
