We visited as a group of three and ordered several dishes to share every single one was delicious. The tandoor in particular was exceptional, perfectly cooked with incredible flavor. The other dishes were equally impressive and didn’t disappoint. On top of the amazing food, the owners are the sweetest people. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests and put love into everything they serve. This place is a true hidden gem. If you’re looking for excellent, authentic Uyghur food in NYC,
Surprised to find decent Xinjiang food in Manhattan. Ding ding fried noodles were quite authentic, just a bit salty. Lamb pilaf wasn’t greasy, which I liked. Lamb skewers were tender and not gamey. Service was okay but a bit inexperienced — had to remind for water. Overall, good food, service could be better.
This was a great experience. We went trying to find unique food while on vacation. Our waiter did a great job explaining the region where the food comes from. He made some recommendations and we ordered 3 dishes and tried them all. The food was excellent. All were very flavorful. Some were a little spicy but they can tell you what to avoid if you don't want spicy.
