BOYCOTT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, THEY ASSUME THE WORST OF YOU. So I ordered a regular chips and guac in the app so I could use the restroom, I did this about 10 minutes before actually arriving. I wasn't even expecting it to be ready yet and notify the crew as such because they were overwhelmed. I just needed the restroom code, because my intent was to use the restroom and then to receive my food after it wasn't quite so busy, and eat. The crew gives me my food first, I didn't even bother to check
I love Chipotle, but not this location. They give horrible portions. When you ask for a bit more because the portion was so small, they ask if you would like to pay for double protein. I once got double protein, and it was still much smaller than a single portion at most locations. I have been to many other Chipotle locations, and this one gives the worst portions. I go a lot because this Chipotle is near where I usually am during lunch. I have gone twice when the drink machine was fully empty,
Not much to say… understaffed or they just don’t care. These photos were taken at 4PM, out of almost all meats indefinitely, “not available” when I ask someone behind the counter. Glass and counter top neglected and gross. And only one person behind the counter fulfilling orders… the line was backed up to the door. I live a block from here and have been coming every so often for the last 4 years. I always leave disappointed.
