Modern, wood-accented Japanese place featuring clever hand rolls, plus sushi, small plates, and sake.

My third time at Domodomo, and it’s better than ever! Brought my mother here for the Domokase during her NYC visit. Compared to a few years ago, both the atmosphere and the flavors have elevated significantly. The portions were generous and perfectly satisfying, even for a hearty eater like me. Dining at a private table allowed us to have a quiet, intimate conversation. Exceptional service from the staff as well. A flawless dining experience!
Nothing beats Domo Domo. I have been coming to this location for years. I love to take people from out of town and local friends. Perfect for a nice dinner or a celebration. The interior space is quiet and the service is excellent. They have a good selection of sushi and Japanese food to choose from as well as a nice selection of Sake to pair with your meal. I have been sad to see that the menu has lost a few items and they are cutting back on food for the Domocase meal. LOVE LOVE LOVE
I went to Domo Domo for Saturday lunch and ordered their course menu and it did not disappoint! The sushi was clean, simple, and perfectly executed. The portions felt just right for the price, and the hojicha tiramisu was the perfect way to end the meal. Both the food and service were 10/10. I’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu. It’s hard to find great sushi in the city, but I think I’ve found one!
