Best customer service i've ever seen in Dunkin Doughnut Manhattan.... They make every drinks properly and always very friendly about customers ❤️
ATTENTION: 🚨 DO NOT USE APPLE PAY AT THIS FRANCHISE! I’m not sure whether staff is not properly trained that pending with Apple Pay means it will post later on like a credit card , or whether they just want to charge costumers twice with people who pay with Apple Pay. I will give them the benefit of the doubt , and go with the former option. The staff is not properly trained on how Apple Pay works , so they think the transaction did not go through. Please train management and employees on this
Place is dirty. Employees making food and coffee don’t wear gloves. And the food looks like it’s either been sitting there for a week or it fell on the floor and they still served it to customers.
