I’ve been working on the same street for several years now. I occasionally drop by to get coffee and they were always nice. A few months ago I heard that they give free coffee to senior citizens, which I am. But when I asked them about it, they looked confused and said no, they do not give free coffee to senior citizens.
I have to say that this location is pretty busy. But once you become a regular they know exactly how you like it and how you want it. Mobile orders are pretty quick as well. For those who complain about the price, it’s downtown Manhattan. Don’t expect the same price for outside Manhattan. Their coffee is on point and always fresh. The staff are always providing service with a smile.
They never get my order right. They don’t listen.My order is not complicated at all. It is understandable that they are busy but it has been 3 times. I am gonna stop going next time if this happens again.
