This company is run by scammers and has no real customer service as everything is AI generated. They falsely advertise their products and don’t respond to emails when questioned about this issue. The biggest issue being with their super family plan that they advertise at a price of $9.99 a month but don’t actually offer that service on a monthly subscription instead charging $119 upfront for a full year. Adding 1 star because I can’t add 0, very unprofessional and rude. They blocked my account without any proper proof and from first attempt, I sent many emails explaining that I’m short in time and wants a certificate to register for college, and spoke also with the technical support to unblock the account but they refused without supporting or providing alternative solutions.
