Sabots, windmills, and Dutch pea soup mark the vibe of the Half Moon Restaurant at Hotel Indigo. Stopped in after walking by and what a good surprise There’s a happy hour that lasts from 12pm-7pm, that’s longer than my last relationship. There’s a pretty chill staff, not overbearing but prompt. If by chance you’re into sports, catch a match or two on the TVs above the bar. Check in and grab a bite. Or, just visit whenever you want because it’s good.
The restaurant itself is nice and the location is great, the park is perfect. But the service and the food are a disaster. The waiter threw the salad I had ordered earlier toward my mouth instead of putting it on the table, and said, "Whose salad is this?" Also, the waiters constantly asking "Is everything okay?" ruined the atmosphere and our conversation. The worst part: I ordered ribs, but what came was not actual ribs — it was like cube-shaped, tender meat with no bones at all, yet they calle
