Paid $17 for FOUR chicken tenders at this bodega. No prices posted, no warning, just rang up a number that felt completely made up. To make it worse, the staff was laughing and talking to each other right before charging me, which didn’t exactly inspire confidence. I don’t mind paying NYC prices, but this felt shady and disrespectful. Plenty of other bodegas nearby that don’t try to take advantage of customers. Won’t be coming back.
19$ for a sandwich?! AVOID THIS PLACE. Not a neighborly new york deli. They offer a turkey and bacon sandwich for $11.95. I essentially asked for Ham as a substitute for turkey, and olives instead of tomato…..and they had the audacity to add $7 dollars because now its a “Custom Sandwich” I shouldve left, but I had a few things so i saw the total and paid… then realized that I ripped off and asked, “How much was this sandwich?” Cashier said since i made that substitution, i got a “custom sand
The small guy with the mustache is rude and have a disgusting attitude when his manager is not around!!! He told me he will charge me $ 5 extra for the receipt when I ask for it .
