Decent, budget friendly option in the heart of the financial district. Stayed for 2 nights. The room was ok with a comfortable bed but it had some oddities. The towel rack was inside the shower stall which made no sense. There was also no place in the bathroom to put them. The drapes also could not be fully closed. Aside from these it was a decent place to lay our heads. Staff was friendly and courteous.
Used to always stay here before Covid for business trips since it’s so close to the office and the rooms were decent. But my recent business trip (May 2026) was a total disaster. I checked in at around 8-ish at night. It was already a long day after flight and work, so I couldn’t wait to check in and wind down. But my corporate credit card didn’t work! Nice spacious and clean room. Very comfy bed. Quiet location, only noise near our room on 21st floor was the ice machine beside us when people used it it was loud. A better location for that may be a good idea. You must request your room to be serviced. Staff were so nice and helpful. Very efficient and pleasant. Hotel is a good location, downtown and near a subway station, battery park and the Staten island ferry all across the street.
