The music levels in this location are insanely loud, to the point of discomfort, often louder than a bar. That’s surprising for a place where people come to talk, work, or simply read a book with a good coffee. I’ve asked several times for the volume to be lowered. Some staff members are kind and try to help, while others say it’s not possible. Interestingly, another Joe & The Juice nearby keeps the music at a normal, comfortable level, so I’m not sure what’s going on here. The excessive noise
Joe & the juice is always the right choice for whenever you need a pick-me-up drink/snack in the middle of the day. Healthy options, fresh ingredients and good vibes - what more could you ask for? Loved their new addition to the menu, the Big Brain Energy and their Honey Bun Latte! Delicious!
I just wanted to give a huge shout-out to the team at the Wall Street location. Of all the Joe & The Juice spots in NYC—and I’ve been to plenty—this one is officially my favorite. The staff here is incredibly attentive and professional, but what really blew me away was how they handled a mistake I made with my own order. Even though the mix-up was on my end, they were so kind and helpful in getting it sorted out quickly without making me feel like a hassle.
