Absolutely unacceptable. Every single time I order from this Joe & The Juice on Seamless or in person I clearly state that I am allergic to pesto and ask for tomatoes to be removed. And every single time, they ignore it and send my order with pesto and tomato anyway. This is not a “mistake,” this is straight-up negligence. Allergy instructions are not optional.
