Library Bagel absolutely blew me away — this place deserves every bit of a 5-star review. First off, the chicken tenders… wow. These were hands down the most delicious tenders I’ve ever had. Each piece was thick, juicy, and clearly made with high-quality chicken — not those thin, dry strips you get elsewhere. Great little bagel shop in the Financial District. Lots of bagel and cream cheese/spread flavors. I’m a pretty basic bagel fan, either plain or everything bagel with plain cream cheese. Had to get a Liberty Bagel while here, just because. My wife got a French toast bagel and she enjoyed it. Head to the back to order. Stick around the grill in the back for bagel sandwiches or back to the front to pick up coffee drinks and bagels with spreads. There’s a surprising amount of seating past the order
I had a jalapeño everything bagel with tofu scallion cream cheese and it was very good. The amount of cream cheese is a little outrageous, but always better to have more than not enough! I would love to come back and try their other vegan cream cheese options as well.
