I enjoy my time here and this is my favorite gym in the city. The amenities are fantastic, the staff is friendly, and the facility is spacious and thoughtfully designed. I truly consider it my second home, playground, and happy place. I appreciate the separation of the men's and women's sauna, steam room, and whirlpool, which adds to the overall experience. Although there are a lot of nice perks to this gym, at the expensive price tag for individual plan at ~$350/mo it's disappointing to see this club skimps on the attention to detail when it comes to fundamentals like cleanliness and maintenance. Instead the club focuses on upselling you on things like $12 smoothies and $150+ spa treatments. --- Pros: + Pretty good hours (late nights and weekends). My wife recommended this gym to me off the strength of her interacting with one of the female staff members. We both called the facility asking for her in particular to find out the young lady was no longer with them. I have listened to my friend speak on how management treated women & men of color. I understand this is ONE of many “luxury” gyms in New York City. But that gives nobody the right to speak to anyone poorly. Doesn’t give anyone the right to over work their staff members to the point
