I came here recently when I took a trip to the area with a group from college. Our university’s money was having issues but they were very accommodating and worked with us. The rooms are quite nice and I really enjoyed the view, makes it very worth it. My battery on my door ended up dying and they were really accommodating about it and kind. Cannot say enough good things about the M Social Downtown and their staff. The building is super safe with key card swipes to your floor and multiple front desk situations. We were stuck here during a severe snowstorm and the staff helped us stay in the same room, provided limited but super helpful housekeeping, and continued complimentary water bottles. Great hotel! My partner and I stayed here for about a week and we really enjoyed it. The location is magnificent, you have the World Trade Center right in front, easy access to the subway and Brooklyn, as well as nearby pharmacies and restaurants. I must say, we stayed in the 40th something floor and it had one of the greatest views I’ve had in a hotel (as you can see in the pictures). The room was good, very spacious. Would appreciate that you could use steaming services on the TVs tho… Bathroo
