Love the vibes and that they have Methodical coffee, but noticed that many of the tables are unbused and dirty. My iced matcha latte was pretty good but it took them a while to make our drinks and I saw the barista argue with a customer that they didn’t order their drink iced. Baristas could have had a better attitude.
We visited Maman and really enjoyed the cozy and charming atmosphere. Maman is a French-inspired café and bakery known for its pastries, coffee, brunch dishes, and warm interior design inspired by the South of France. Had a flight white. Wasn’t that flat and the beans were ok. They tasted a bit old with a lacking cardboard like after taste. I didn’t eat there but the pastries looked really nice. The dine in food was presented nicely but seem to be lacking a bit of life. Lackluster colors in the smoke salmon, veggies, and greens. Not sure I would eat there but a good place to come in and out for a coffee and pastry quickly in fidi
