I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to my expectations. The falafel was extremely hard and dry, which made it difficult to enjoy. The flavor overall wasn’t bad, but the texture completely threw it off. I was expecting something fresh and soft on the inside, but that wasn’t the case. The service was okay, but the food quality needs improvement. I’m not sure I would return.
I ordered the Mezeh Classic bowl here through a ClassPass and was incredibly disappointed. The staff gave a shockingly small quantity of chicken but worse completely omitted major components of the dish. My bowl was entirely missing the cabbage slaw, corn salsa and caramelized eggplants. When I brought this to the staff's attention and asked about the missing items, the staff completely dismissed me and just repeatedly insisted, "it’s the Mezeh Classic."
