Absolutely Delicious! I’m the type of person that don’t like Cakes (usually it’s way too sweet and I hate icing/frosting). The plan was to order a gorgeous Instagram Worthy cake and post pictures and give it to some one. But I decided let’s just enjoy a bite. It’s so moist and rich and creamy. The Buttercream is so melting on the tongue. Chocolate mousse and fudge is paired perfectly. I plan to order more custom cakes here in the coming weeks. Mia’s Bakery is hands down one of the best bakeries in Brooklyn. Everything here is consistently delicious, from the cakes to the individual dessert slices. I’ve only tried their coffee so far. The flavor is really good — smooth and well-balanced. The space is cozy and the vibe is nice.. The only thing I found a bit strange is that the coffee wasn’t hot enough. It was warm, but not as hot as I would expect. If they could serve it a little hotter, it would be perfect.
