Very small location and it's communal seating, but the food was great. Started with the Chef choice for the appetizer, good cheese, and pickled veggies. Then I ordered the Chicken over arugula and mushrooms. Great taste and good seasoning om the chicken. Just know the place is crowded but is still worth going for Dinner.
Awesome spicy marg - think it’s called this and that or something. Escarole salad was so simple but perfect. Sourdough bread was superb. Chicken was juicy with crispy skin and delicious croutons and cucumber and tomato salad. Duck and celeriac puree was also delish. Brussel sprouts were also done just right. Only disappointment was no room to try dessert - will be less gluttonous next time to avoid this.
This restaurant has a nice, intimate vibe inside. There’s a large table in the middle of the restaurant that’s shared between different parties, and the surrounding tables are fairly close together as well. We even saw some traffic jams of people waiting to be seated and others trying to leave. If this doesn’t bother you then you’ll probably feel nice and cozy. The food was good.
