Visited Mughlai Indian Cuisine with my father, and overall it was a decent experience. The location of the restaurant is amazing, very convenient and lively, which is a big plus. We ordered tomato soup, Mughlai chicken, and garlic naan. The food was good and satisfying, I’d rate it around 3.5/5. The flavors were nice, though nothing stood out as exceptional. Mughlai Indian Cuisine on Cedar Street in New York City is the real deal. If you’re craving authentic Indian food in Lower Manhattan this is exactly where you need to be. I ordered the butter chicken and it was outstanding. Rich, creamy tomato based sauce with perfectly tender chicken, full of warm spices and depth of flavor. The Hariyali Chicken Kebab was beyond my expectations and was really delicious. I have also ordered Shrimp Biryani but it was a miss as it was overpowering with lemon and I wouldn’t recommend that particular dish. As far as the service was concerned it was really good the people who were there were really nice and receiving.
