Longtime diner (open more than 50 years) in a tiny space serving up breakfasts & burgers.
From Google Maps reviews.
I ordered pickup for dinner. My son and I walked over from our hotel and picked it up about 3:30pm. I knew that they closed at 4, but when we got walked in we were approached by some guy telling us that they were already closed. I told him I ordered online. He walked over and grabbed my pickup order bag. As we were walking out a gentleman was walking in and didn’t look very happy. I smiled at him and he did smile back. I assume it was because I ordered a pickup order too close to closing.
I enjoyed this. Food and service was good. I’d definitely return. If I only had one breakfast I’d probably go to nearby George, but this is a close second for sure. If you’re in the area, give them a chance.
Great diner atmosphere and a nice hot meal after a chilly morning walking the Brooklyn Bridge. I had the chicken parm sub, which was filling and hearty. The interpretation of the Philly Cheesesteak and Monte Cristo were interesting - not bad at all, but not the traditional sandwiches we expected. Curly fries were the best fry iteration. Servings were big and good prices!
