  Absolutely awful experience. Our pre-booked reservation was canceled just 20 minutes before check-in because we were told there was "an issue with the card." In reality, the hotel had overbooked and, because we hadn't checked in yet, they sold our room out from under us, almost ruining our entire weekend.   Stayed here for only one day due to the blizzard. The staff was very quick in accommodating my guests and myself in getting a room before check-in time. The room was great and spacious as it was the junior suite (had a minor issue with the door but staff was quick to fix it). Loren was an amazing staff member as he was able to help us get affordable transportation to the airport. Quiriat was also incredible as she accommodated us for the room and helped us with transportation also! 10/10 stay

  We had a great stay here and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful from start to finish. They kindly held our luggage when we arrived before our room was ready so we could go out and sightsee, and they did the same after checkout the next day, which made our trip so much easier.
