I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a highly disappointing and unacceptable experience at your restaurant on June 21, 2026. Prior to placing my order, I specifically asked the employee on duty twice whether the chicken wings were fresh. I made it clear that I was purchasing food for a family picnic with my wife and two young children, ages 2 and 5. The employee assured me multiple times that the wings were fresh. Relying on those representations, I purchased 24 chicken wings and left
My wife and I order the Signature Chicken “2 Can Dine” meal every month, and it never disappoints. The chicken is perfectly crunchy outside and tender and moist inside, and the fries and biscuit are always packed with flavor. They’ve really mastered fried chicken and the classic sides. Service is efficient, and the dining area looks clean and well maintained, though we’ve only done takeout.
Service was up to par so was the atmosphere. But I’m extremely confused by the portion sizes of the sides. I wish I weighed the sides to see how much they really weigh. Chicken sandwich was kinda cold as if they were made and just sitting there. I feel like as advertised on Popeyes website is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.
