My mobile order was missing and was not prepared. finally it came after 30 mins. My order a Veggie melt, the bread was burnt, when asked for the manager, the manager insisted that the machine toasted it perfectly while I can smell the burned bread at the payment counter. I also asked about the "Our Promise" which list 8 mins to prepare at max. to which I got the answer, the meal preparer is new so it could happen. There was 1 order in front of mine and one after, so not really sure. The manager
I had the prime rib sandwich and it was delicious with a generous amount of garlic aioli sauce adding to the flavor. I also had the churro milkshake and it had just the right amount of cinnamon, very tasty. Customer service was fast and the place was clean.
First time visiting. I've ordered myself a BLTA and it was excellently made. Will come back around when I'm in the area! The chocolate cookies are also delicious!
