Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered from Potbelly’s and received a sandwich with NOTHING on it — no toppings, no veggies, no condiments. Just plain bread and meat. That is not what I ordered and not what I paid for. And as if that wasn’t bad enough, the cookie I ordered was completely missing from the bag. This is not a small mistake — this is a failure on every level. Zero quality control, zero care for the customer. I will not be ordering from Potbelly’s again, in person or online. Do better.
Thank you Setan for your amazing customer service. I had an eggnog shake with sugar cookies on top. I was even blessed to receive a few extra. The entire staff were amazing.
This place was freaking delicious. Their chicken club was soooo good, and the banana pudding shake tasted like banana pudding. 10/10
