10/24/2022 I went to return an item and the manager was super cool about the return. He gets four stars for his customer service skills. The person I originally made my purchase with however gets one star for giving me a receipt with no ink on it. The wrapped food gets -0 . Visited today and the sandwiches were on point—especially the egg sandwich and the pesto and cheese. The coffee wasn’t great, but the staff quickly made it right with a different drink. Mistakes happen, but it’s how they’re handled that counts. The team was friendly and helpful. Definitely going back. Thanks, guys!
I was on lunch trying to find something a bit healthier to eat. I decided to go to Pret i decided to get the tuna single sandwich with a tomato soup. My Sandwich has stringy ling hair in my sandwich ((see photo)) very disappointed this is very disgusting and I hope they give me my money back
