I have been working in the wall st area for 6 years and always come to this shop. I don’t usually leave comments or reviews for chain shops because I don’t think they read. But this time around I want to say that this coffee shop has stepped up their game. I get good mornings, I get promotional inside intel what to buy and when, I get small talk and a lot of compliments on my hair or clothing. I just feel that there’s human touch again and interesting people in the front. I like that the manager
Jose M Valoy Was absolutely fabulous. Fantastic energy. Working late, in a super busy area, the gentlemen has all the reason to not go the extra mile with myself and another customer near closing as well, though he still did. Bravo! Yum, yum, yum! The food is fresh and delicious! There is an option for everyone. You can eat-in at this location. It’s clean and welcoming, everything you’d want from an eatery. The staff are also 10/10. I would recommend this Pret location to my friends and family! My new obsession! Thanks, Pret A Manger for excellent food provided by awesome team members!
