Expensive gym that’s nowhere to be found anywhere else, good luck canceling the most expensive tier membership only when the manager is in, otherwise the employees won’t even budge or look at the PC on canceling your membership. Planet fitness has the same equipment and you can cancel with one click on their website without a single human interaction, like how all gyms should be.
GREAT STAFF! I have never been to a gym or signed up for a gym before. This is my first. The staff have been SO helpful in understanding the equipment along with asking if 'im okay', knowing im new to this. I haven't gone to a gym because of this misconception of what gyms are potentially like. But this one? No judgment, if anything everyone (including the other gym members) cheer you on and want you to succeed! Great GYM!
DEEPLY disgusted with the management at this gym. I am a paying member of Retro, and have a membership that allows me access to all locations, as well as bring a guest with me when I visit. I have been helping a friend learn the ropes with lifting and the gym, and have been bringing her with me a couple times a week.
