Fantastic food and great customer service. The fried chicken and the beef are excellent options for the rice bowls. Definitely coming back for that ramen next time! Edit: I went back the next day for the signature ramen. Omg, it was the best ramen I've had in NYC. The broth and noodles, delicious. The chashu was heavenly. I've studied abroad in Japan for a year and this was the first time in over a decade since I've had chashu this good and authentic.
I was in the mood for Ramen and didn’t realize this spot was in The Hungry Pearl food court. I asked the staff at the counter what he recommended and he suggested their signature black garlic ramen. It was exactly what I was craving ..great flavor throughout ..I left nothing behind, so good!
I ordered for lunch and the food came out very quickly. I got the spicy signature ramen and it was very good! It had a good kick and the umami flavor was good too. The charsiu was unexpectedly tender and sweet. It melts in your mouth and it was perfect combined with the spicy, garlicky broth. Since there was Christmas music playing in the background, I felt cozy since the ramen was warming me up. I would recommend!!
