Absolutely brilliant experience at Squire’s Diner!! We visited two weeks ago and this place completely exceeded our expectations — it didn’t disappoint in the slightest! Ambience: From the moment we walked in, it just felt like the right place to be. The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming, with lovely music playing at exactly the right volume — you can have a proper conversation without shouting. Service: Spot-on from start to finish. We were a big group and I tried many things. Giving 2 stars for the relatively good service. However not once did the waiter came to check up on us after giving us our food. We didn’t even have extra napkins and all of the food we ate was very …mid. Coffee watered down Chicken Quesadillas tasted like diet quesadillas. a great neighborhood spot with something for everyone on the menu. there are not many diner’s around anymore in the city and this one has old timey charm. the service was quick and attentive, our coffee mugs were never empty. the portions are bigger than the photos in the menu and you really get your money’s worth.
