Had a terrible experience at this Starbucks, I got the ocean energy drink and it’s usually very flavorful and vibrant but today it tasted like absolutely nothing- i very politely asked the employee if she could add flavor to it- not once did I mention to remake it or anything of that nature, she then responded to me “ you already drank most of the drink” but I didn’t even drink not even a quarter, probably about 5 sips tryna make out where the flavor went… she was very rude about it and I just w
The flavor was okay, but the matcha wasn’t blended well. You can still see clumps of matcha powder at the bottom, which affected the texture and overall experience. It would be much better if the matcha were mixed more thoroughly. They’d better train the barista well.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Starbucks. I brought my own Starbucks tumbler for a refill, and the barista reacted with visible disgust because it wasn’t "perfectly clean." She rudely told me to "pour it myself" just because there was a tiny bit of coffee residue from earlier. I understand hygiene policies, but her attitude was hostile and completely unprofessional.
