A cozy and clean café with excellent coffee and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was great. It's a perfect place to relax, meet friends, or get some work done. I would definitely visit again
My recent experience at the Starbucks on Broadway, located right near the intersection with Cortlandt Street, was incredibly disappointing. For a coffee shop sitting in such a prime, bustling location in Manhattan, the level of service and overall quality fell drastically short of expectations. The most frustrating aspect of the visit was the staff. There seemed to be an excessive number of employees behind the counter, yet almost all of them were standing around chatting and gossiping with one
The staff were friendly and service was extremely fast. The store environment was clean and well maintained. Had no issue with the food or drinks. Seating was adequate and not too busy. There was a self service area with milk and napkins for patrons along with a shelf selling reusable cups.
