Really disappointed with my experience at this location. I asked for light ice on my strawberry açaí but the cup was 50% ice. Also the cup was not filled to the top. It was the serving of a tall in a grande cup. The other drinks I ordered were a cappuccino - it hardly had any foam and it was mostly milk than coffee. And the latte was also filled like a tall in a grande cup.
I placed a mobile order this morning at approximately 7:45 AM and arrived at the Starbucks location around 8:00 AM (the app indicated my drink would be ready in 7 mins), only to find that my order was not yet ready. I politely inquired about the status and was informed that someone was preparing it at that time. I stumbled upon this Starbucks by accident - it's kind of hidden but super convenient for a quick grab-and-go. They've got a bunch of folks behind the counter, so my drink was ready in a jiffy after ordering through the app. The place was neat, and the staff were friendly.
