On May 02, 2026, visited this Starbucks location at 55 Broadway NY NY, We were welcome by barista Dee and customer service representative Colleen who both consistently delivered exceptional service that elevates the entire customer experience. Shout out to this location specifically because of how nice and generous they were for letting people use the bathroom for the Knicks championship parade. The employees were very nice, and the manager was extremely understanding of the situation and was doing his best to let people get some relief using the bathrooms, but still keeping the Starbucks location, clean and professional Thank you so much
