First time trying Sweetgreen and I’m genuinely obsessed. I got the Guacamole Greens salad and it was one of the best salads I’ve ever had in my life. The flavors were so fresh, tangy, and perfectly balanced. I can officially say I found my go-to order on the first try. Everything tasted amazing. The staff was also super kind and welcoming. It gets very crowded during lunch hours, but I went around 1 PM and the line moved pretty well. Definitely coming back!
The line is absolutely atrocious. Weekday lunch rush consists of every finance and tech bro in downtown Manhattan trying their damnedest to order a $17 to seem "healthy". Waited an hour for my order which should've taken 20 minutes to complete. I don't blame the staff though, way too much demand and simply too many orders coming in to keep up. Perfect salad, super fresh with great variety of options, pretty large portion and decent price, excellent choice for a healthy meal. I had BBQ chicken salad and my wife got the crispy rice bowl, we really enjoyed our meal. Staff were friendly and the environment was great.
