tl;dr - The Wagyu. The cookie. Go. Just go. Temple Court delivers in a big way. ALMOST all the way through. We started with the Ricotta Agnolotti, served with morels, ramps and fava beans. It was excellent. Clean, well-constructed, and a strong signal of what the kitchen was capable of. Then came the main event: the American Wagyu Denver Steak with creamed spinach, hen of the woods mushrooms and bordelaise. This is maybe the best steak I've ever had. Eggs Benedict was excellent. A semi crispy white fish and potato patty over a spinach with creamy hollandaise sauce and 2 eggs. The hash brown was delicious too. So crispy and thick. The almond croissant, the filling was a little sweet for me and the texture of the croissant was ok.
