  The area is great for the finance bros, because the hotel is located close to Wall Street and the One Trade Centre, but it is also handy for the cool kids into Brooklyn stuff, as the hotel is close to the ferry that takes you in a couple of minutes to the Brooklyn Bridge Park. My room was great: spacious enough for all my luggage and for my daily yoga practice. The view was fantastic, especially during sunset and at night.   We stayed at a higher floor room with view of WTC. The room was spacious for NY standard and very quiet even with the noise outside. The bed was comfortable and the room felt modern. The shower water pressure could be better though and the breakfast quality could be improved. The location was a bit far away from main attractions but may not be a bad thing though.
