We stopped in here for a light snack after a morning full of touring. Loved the whole bank vault vibe. Food was good. We had the duo of tartares and only wished they initially provided more of the crackers -- they gave us more when we asked but three crackers for two full tartares was a little comical. But it was really good, as was the crab roll. Good wine menu as well. Service was good.
The history of this place is really cool, it was the reason we decided to go there but then we had some wine and appetizers and were pleasantly surprised by the quality. I recommend having a few drinks and appetizers and checking out the really neat history of the building and vault.
This place feels more like an experience than just a restaurant. The first thing that stands out is the interior — it’s bold, detailed, and a little unexpected, almost like stepping into a different era. It immediately sets the tone.
