Place was empty at 8:30pm and I waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich to go, as I was eating it I noticed a funny taste and texture and realized the middle of the chicken was completely raw. I returned to the store to show them it and all they said was, do you want another sandwich? This place is going to get someone very ill, if I get sick from eating that chicken sandwich they will be held liable.
Very busy location. I want to extend my appreciation for the exceptional service provided on 02/17/2026. After 9 pm before 10:00pm The young lady and her team at this wrndys location were incredibly busy with electronic app, walkins and pick up orders. My food was very fresh. I was amazed with the quality customer service provided during wait and pick up time. Clear communication and great efforts with customer satisfaction. Normally I live Wendy's but this location i paid at the kiosk, and my order never made it to the kitchen, showing them my bank account showing that I had paid they eventually made my order, but I could tell they didn't believe me, and they also gave me only 4 nuggets instead of the 10 I had paid for. Very disappointed in this branch
