I had to try N1 Spicy Cumin Lamb Hand Ripped Noodles (the least spicy). It is so good, well seasoned, and the noodles are so big. I love it. The customer service was great too- cashier spoke to me about the options and helped me decided want I want. I must get the beef noodles next time for sure.
Probably the most authentic hand-pulled noodles in NYC! They are wild, thick and chewy with a unique texture, just like the knes you could have in Xian, China. The signature chili powder smells so aromatic tastes great as always. Not to mention the lamb noodle soup I got (dish NS1), how can the lamb be this succulent, tender and well-seasoned?
Best dumplings I've ever had. Best asian flavors period. I tried this as a tourist trying NYC asian food. I think asian food in NYC in general is amazing, but this was just incredible. Blew my mind. The spices used in the noodles, the spicy sauce the dumplings came in. Every bite was just perfection. Just don't be too adventerous like me and drink the spicy chili sauce/broth like soup. I think it's meant in moderation, your digestive track may take up arms against you lol.
