Great place! Good quality food. Great bagels, cream cheese and lox! Rich flavors. Well constructed. I asked for it open-faced. Great selection. Very good service. Friendly. The place was clean. Prices are what you'd expect for the quality and quantity provided. Service was pretty quick too. Their bagel and egg sandwiches were yummy too.
Zucker's is… okay. The bagel itself was fresh and the service was friendly, but I’m giving 3 stars instead of 4 because they forgot to toast my bagel for my takeaway order. For a spot that specializes in bagels, that’s a pretty basic detail to overlook, and it definitely impacted the experience. Otherwise, the food was decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. I work in the area and come here often. This morning, it took much longer than usual to get my bagel because a big party had come before me and all of them had complex orders. And you know what? I wasn't even mad about it, because when I finally got my bagel, the guy who made it looked me in the eye and apologized. I could tell he wasn't just saying that. He was sincere about it. That kind of service is what keeps people coming back. So thank you, Bagel Guy.
