Came here after having a pastrami sandwich across the street in Buddy's Delicatessen. Went for a single serve with pistachio almond ice cream on a sugar cone. Fantastic way to end a meal for the night.

Great coffee, super friendly staff. The oatmeal is really good and the cornbread is my favorite! They make really good breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Would recommend this place to anyone.

It's fairly new so pretty clean. Items are good priced. I got total of 4 different things. Some were OK and some were horrible. Let's skip the OK ones since nothing special about it. The worst out of the 4 I got was the 老婆饼 It is horrible sweet with no filling. Just plain sweet flakey dough. I had it way better elsewhere. This is by far the worst lpb I ever had

Best bakery in NYC. They always have the prettiest and yummiest holiday treats for gifts, and the staff is so warm and welcoming. And they have the best to-go salads for an easy and healthy lunch!

I miss this place so much. I used to go there everyday in the morning or afternoon. The coffee is outstanding, better than Starbucks, and maybe even better than Bustelo. I asked my ex gf if she thought maybe put artificial stuff to make it taste so good, but she spotted them brewing it and it said Colombian Coffee, my birth country. They have fresh Chinese pastries too, Charlie Siu Bao was my favorite back then. Miss living downtown.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would ! So rude , I had a mix up issue with the location when I placed a mobile YESTERDAY! Not even less than 24 hrs , I come in this morning to this location; receipt in view and ready to explain issue. The cashier woman SO RUDE, dismissed me without even letting me explain barely. So I walk away and ask the next employee for help he’s listening and understanding the issue !! She yells across the floor in their Indian language and proceeds to cut off talking to him.

I have gone there in the night around 2 AM to see if it was open and there were Mice running around the floor and the ice cream section near the window. It was gross.

What I received didn’t match what I ordered, and unfortunately, the staff didn’t seem to acknowledge the difference. To make matters worse, Baskin Robbins’ customer support was unreachable—their website wouldn’t let me submit a request. Since it was a last-minute order and I’d traveled to pick it up, I went ahead with it. Giving 2 stars because the taste was not bad.

What a pleasant surprise to be greeted by fresh bread in Macy’s. The staff was very informative and friendly too. I did have a few questions to ask. The food looked fresh and tasty.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life! They don’t let you use the bathroom for nothing, how can you wash your hands or dine in when they don’t allow access to the bathroom. Most of all of them stand in the back of the counter and talk. They don’t greet you when you come in the door. The location is very raggedy looking.

I just ordered a dozen donuts, so at first the lady didnt even acknowledge us even after saying “excuse me” multiple times. She finally stood up and attended to us, after going home my 4 kids and I ate one each. Hours later I started vomiting uncontrollably for 11 hours straight, then my kids followed after. Took the bus all the way to this location to grab my toddler some ice cream and we left back out. That freezer needs to be CLEANED asap. That fridge is screaming out for help LITERALLY. Its so dirty inside the case and on the edges… the ice cream looks so old and look like it started to separate . Freezer burn and 0/10 appearance. I dont know howwwwwww department of health didnt check it out yet. It looks abandoned and dirty. The chocolate ice cream loook so disgusting 🤮

Bread and mochi donuts were good. I tried Tiramisu latte, it was good. HK milk tea is little too strong for me, (should have ask for more milk) but with strong HK tea favor. Store inside deco was cute and clean. Will come back when is warmer to try ice-cream and other drinks.

I love this bakery, they recently renovated. The food is very tasty and warm, and very cheap. They’re constantly always 1.50 since forever. Only downside is you have to get an employee to pick up the pastry for you which is a little embarrassing and inefficient, also everything is in small batches so each kind only has 4-6 each day so you have to get it quick or the good stuff is gone by 3

As someone who works at a coffee shop I’m highly disappointed. I’m not one to point fingers but I ended up getting ice cubes and no flavor in my frozen coffee. Ordered a cake three days in advance, was told it would be ready for a 5pm pick up, but when I arrived it was not ready. When they finally provided the cake, the requested message was not written (thankfully I checked before leaving). I asked if they could write the message, it took twenty minutes and was sloppily written. Mainly, as the woman was writing on the cake she kept coughing/sneezing without covering herself or stepping away.

I ordered a medium milkshake today at 9:40 AM, which was very disappointing. It tasted more like flavored milk than a proper milkshake—very thin and not creamy at all. It seemed like not enough ice cream was used. Also, the staff member who made it didn’t seem interested in helping and was not very friendly. I expected better service and quality, especially from Baskin-Robbins/Dunkin'. I hope the management looks into improving both the product and the customer service.

First time trying out this place. Delivery order. What made us pick these donuts: mini size, attractive pictures on the website, and flavors. Excitement turned into sadness and disappointment. Box was probably carried vertically. The donuts were cold[ok] and dry. No difference in flavor, just dry dough with sugar. Tiny, not mini. Stickers are an awesome idea, but we couldn't tell a difference anyway. Probably better luck to try in person.

U Best, known for their infamous white rabbit roll cake has opened a new location on Maple Ave. . It’s pretty spacious inside but it only occupies half of the entire space. The back half is empty. . There is minimal seating at this bakery. There’s not much foot traffic on the block, it’s mainly residential, so it’s good for them.. . They currently have a promotion, coffee for $1. A nice egg tart with delicate pastry and tasty custard!

I waited twenty minutes for an order of hash browns and a turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a croissant. I also showed the cashier my rewards to get a free five count hashbrown, and he charged me for it anyways on my order. I ended up not getting the food and getting my money back because of the horrible service.

We stopped by Maxin Bakery for a quick coffee break before a doctor’s appointment, and the coffee was surprisingly good — smooth and enjoyable. The bakery feels cozy, but the seating area is pretty narrow so it can get a bit tight when it’s busy. The funniest part was their sign: “No Spitting” in English, and in Chinese it basically adds “Too gross” 😂 (but they didn’t translate that part). Great little spot in Flushing!

See this place! The young lady there is such a delight! It was my very first visit since moving to the area and it was such a pleasure. She has everything you can ask for! Toppers, flavors fondant and more! She was so knowledgeable, even gave me some tips on how to get the outcome I wanted for my cupcakes. Please run to them if you are a beginner or a practicing professional that need to pick up some supplies. FYI. She sadly informed me that she is moving but will be there until 2/15/26😟.

Right innthe heart of Times Square this place is perfectly located. We were able to park our large pickup for our stay. We enjoyed the M club as well as visited the resturant twice! Service in resturant was top notch. Food was good for a hotel resturant. So many good things! We have stayed here repeatedly and recommended to friends.

This place is awesome. I recently made a pickup order for a bday cake that was placed on Saturday and was ready for pickup by Tuesday. It was packed great and I had someone assist me in using a larger Invictus Bakery tote for carrying it. I did a custom order cake (19 x 20) and was surprised by how tall the cake was lol they got all the details right for name, flavor, and text color. Nice hotel… the rooms were cleaned well and on time. The service was good and so was the breakfast. I had a chance to spend time in one of the presidential suites. It was really nice and spacious. It included a kitchen, two bathrooms, and an office area incase you wanted to mix business with pleasure. The main room also has a jacuzzi in it. I bought a small white cake like for 6 people it was delicious like a tree leche very good but expensive $45. Is true what other reviews said about over priced. The bread and croissants are very good too.
