I ordered a 5 piece chicken combo that comes with fries here through Uber Eats. When I got my food there wasn’t any fries so I called them. I explained this and they said they couldn’t find my order. Mind you I triple checked the address before I called them. I don’t ever order from no where else, this is the only crown spot I order from. The guy ended up hanging up the phone on me. Terrible service!!! I never had this issue with them but I will never order anything from them again!!!

Delicious food and generous portions. Online and in store ordering is quick and efficient. Friendly staff and great cooks. I've had things like their wraps, pizza, Stromboli and fries. All delicious. Today I am in the area so I got a western omelet and... it's fantastic.

I loved their original sandwich for kfc from December that only cost me $3.99 plus tax form nyc which is $0.35 cents extra is $4.34. But when I came in to kfc today, it was $5.89 plus nyc tax which is $0.52 cents extra is now $6.41. I still enjoyed it but all the reviews are right what they said. They are not capping people, they are tell the truth what they experienced. For me it's still Five Star, plus I can eat there after school. This is my opinion. The cashier was nice by the way.

Order incomplete, they refused to deliver the rest, refused to refund/compensate appropriately. Told me I had to buy something online to get the rest of my delivery which would have been an excess of an additional $20 in fees. No manager. The individuals working here exhibit poor hygiene practices, as they handle both your money and your food with unwashed hands. Witnessing this lack of proper sanitation, including the absence of gloves and handwashing, was truly revolting. It is evident that they lack an understanding of basic hygiene standards.

Wife ordered chicken wings. The smell was off, half way through, one of my wings tasted weird and bitter, like kinda rotten. I put it aside, later she did the same when she encountered a bad wingon her batch. We won't be ordering from here anymore. This might be a health risk.

I've had wings all over the East Coast and these guys, who are originally from Buffalo and model their wings off of the originals from the Anchor Bar do a very good job. Wings are large and very tasty.

Nelly’s Chicken was such a great find. The chicken is seriously delicious, crispy, juicy, and full of flavor in every bite. The natural juices are a must too. The avena con leche is smooth and comforting, and the passion fruit is fresh and refreshing; both so good. We also met the owner, who was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The customer service really stands out. Definitely recommend. This is the kind of chicken you didn’t even know you were missing.

The chicken rice bowl with that sauce is great, I love the soy garlic tenders and mac n cheese, the Peru rotisserie chicken with the green Peru sauce was delicious and that sauce was soooo good. I had a 3 piece chicken combo with fries, and a double cheeseburger with bacon combo with popcorn chicken. The burger has lettuce, tomato, and was sauced up a good amount with mayo. The patty itself is okay. Bacon was soft. It's a basic burger. It gets the job done if that's what you want. The fries were okay. I liked the fried chicken(it's crispy) and popcorn chicken. It's a tiny place.
